Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for return.


2. Conditions for Return Eligibility

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

  • All accessories, hardware, manuals, and components must be included.

  • The item must be in resaleable condition.

Returns failing to meet these conditions may incur restocking fees or denial.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked “Final Sale”

  • Assembled, installed, or used items

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Mattresses or bedding after opening

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper assembly


4. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your furniture arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receipt

  2. Provide photos of:

    • The damaged area

    • Outer box & packaging

    • Shipping label

  3. We will arrange:

    • Replacement parts

    • A full replacement

    • Or a refund, depending on the situation

We assume full responsibility for shipping damage not caused by the customer.


5. Return Process

  1. Email bcmomo00@gmail.com with your order number

  2. Await authorization and return instructions

  3. Ship the product using the label provided (when applicable)

  4. Once inspected at our warehouse, refund processing begins


6. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Standard processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
